Overview
Now, I am a huge fan of sites that are easy to navigate, especially video on
demand sites like this one. The fact is that the more movies they have the more
important this becomes. It is next to impossible to search all of the movies on
any sites like this without a good selection of categories. Well, I was floored
when I saw how brilliant X
on Demand was set up
and the sign-up was free.
Searching and Navigation
First off, their main categories were right there on the left:

- Interracial

- Orgy

That alone is a not bad lineup of sections, but under each of those links
there is an additional 30+ options that narrow down the search even more! It was
crazy.
And on top of that you can view the most watched movies from X On Demand
or their new releases. Or you can click on one of the tabs at the top like:
- Straight
- Fetish
- Lesbian
- Voyeur
So even though the site is made up of mostly gay videos, there are some
straight ones too for some added variation. And of course if you can search at
the top for a specific title if you have one in mind already.
Signing Up
Creating an account is simple too on XonDemand. Sign up is free and then you
just choose the minutes package that you want. If you only get 15 minutes the
cost will be 23 cents per min, but if you go with the largest one which is 1000
minutes you will only be paying 8 cents per minute.
Accessing Videos
X on Demand is a big site with hundreds and many thousands of movies to
choose from, but there are no downloads whatsoever. That means no buying the
movies to keep or anything like that at all. That was a bit of a disappointment.
They don’t have any update logs either so I have no way of knowing how often
the site is updated it is ever is. But since you don’t have to pay a monthly
membership price I don’t think this is such a big deal. Once you have gone
through them all just don’t buy more minutes.
Video Formats
The movies had two formats and they are Windows Media Player and Realplayer.
Some movies only offer one option, but both players are free and you can
download them from a number of different places in just a couple of minutes.
I found the WM files to play much clearer than the Realplayer ones, so if you
have the choice stick with them. You can make them nice and big and not miss a
bead of sweat, I liked that a lot.
Conclusion
I honestly could not find a whole lot of things wrong with
XonDemand. It is
an all round great site, it has all of the most popular niches covered and more,
it has a fabulous selection of titles and it is so easy to navigate. It is a
streamlined site that you simply cannot get lost in.
But still the prices are pretty high, definitely more than if you took a trip
to the local XXX store. Yet, who really wants to do that? It is just so easy to
get the videos at home from the computer!
